Director Benefits/Compensation (Pensacola, Florida)
Lakeview Center, Inc. in Pensacola, FL has an opening for a Director of Benefits/Compensation. Must have four (4) years of experience in Human Resources with direct experience in benefits and compensation administration. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related fields as determined by Lakeview Human Resource department may substitute for two (2) years of experience in Human Resource Management. Must have strong working knowledge of COBRA, ERISA, FLSA, FMLA. Experience in Affirmative Action and HRIS management a plus.
