MSHRM Refund Policy

Memberships

Mobile Society for Human Resource Management (MSHRM) memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Chapter Meetings/Mini-Seminars

Participants:

  • MSHRM will refund monthly chapter meeting or mini-seminar reservation payments (or roll a payment over to a future month) only if the request is made in writing via email to secretary@mobileshrm.org 48 hours or more in advance of the event. Otherwise, chapter meeting reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Meeting "no-shows" are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Sponsorships:

  • Meeting and mini-seminar sponsorships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Certification Class

  • Written cancellation of certification class fees sent to certification@mobileshrm.org prior to class registration deadline will be refunded less credit card processing fees (if applicable).
  • Certification class fees submitted after the class registration deadline are non-refundable, because SHRM Learning System materials are ordered at this time.
  • Once class has started, certification class registration cannot be transferred to another person, regardless of whether fees were paid by an employer or individual.

Gulf Coast HR Conference

Participants:

  • Written cancellation sent to conference@mobileshrm.org by October 15 of conference year - full refund less credit card processing fees (if applicable).
  • Cancellations after October 15 or "no-shows" are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Sponsorships:

  • Sponsorships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Exhibitor cancellation:

  • Written cancellation sent to conference@mobileshrm.org by September 30 of conference year - full refund less credit card processing fees (if applicable) and a $50 administrative fee.
  • Written cancellation sent to conference@mobileshrm.org by October 31 of conference year - 50% refund less credit card processing fees (if applicable) and a $50 administrative fee.
  • Cancellations after October 31 or "no-shows" are non-refundable and non-transferable.
