Job Description:

The Staffing Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end corporate recruitment process.  This position will partner with internal business units to ensure all talent acquisitions are consistent with the corporate high-performance culture.

Essential Functions:

• Partner with business units to accurately understand hiring needs, develop and implement strategic hiring plans, build and ensure consistency across regional recruitment processes, and align execution for continuous improvement.
• Design and implement innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies, programs, staffing metrics, and reports by understanding the needs of the business, collaborating with internal clients, and researching industry best practices.
• Provide coaching to business and operations leadership teams on staffing related issues through an in-depth understanding of the company business strategy and values.
• Work collaboratively with the Director of HR to ensure that all talent acquisition practices are in compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, including federal, state and local laws.
• Responsible for disseminating all corporate wide talent acquisition initiatives to the various field locations.

Skills Required:
• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years proven experience in corporate talent acquisition required.  Not Staffing Industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to prioritize and organize
• The ability to demonstrate initiative while working under limited supervision
• The ability to focus on client satisfaction
• Excellent problem solving skills
• A proven track record for building relationships and positively affecting the bottom line.
• The ability to be flexible with work schedule
• Excellent computer and typing skills
• Experience in implementing an Applicant Tracking System, desired.
• Experience recruiting in the healthcare industry a plus but not required.
• PHR/SPHR desired
