Here’s the challenge. A growing, talent-rich communications software services company with several distinct business units working in concert, is looking for an exceptional Human Resources professional to help us further grow our people and our organization.
As the Director HR, you will have the depth of experience, intellect and business savvy to partner with executive management to align business objectives with employees and management and to serve as consultant on Human Resource related issues. You will act as employee champion and change management agent in a rapidly evolving climate by assessing and anticipating HR-related needs, communicating them proactively to executive management, and developing integrated solutions. Being fully literate about the business unit’s financial position, its mid-range plans, and its culture you will provide a single point of contact to executive management on Human Resources services, passing issues to appropriate enterprise Human Resources departments (e.g., Benefits, Compensation, Legal, Organizational Development, etc.). A broad range and depth of experience in the varied HR functional roles such as Organizational Development, Talent Management, Recruiting, Training and Employee Relations is necessary for this leader and team player. Experience in structuring and coordinating Sales commissions and incentives plans is expected of the successful applicant. We are a technology-based company so you’ll need to be comfortable interfacing with top-talent IT associates and leaders who drive our business.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in business administration, human resources, management, or a related field required. Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.
Minimum five years of increasingly responsible management experience required in Human Resources, business or related field that includes recruiting.
Minimum three years supervisory experience required.
Mass hiring experience, preferably in teleservices, conferencing or collections preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access required.
Ability to respond to the needs of assigned location 24 x 7.
Position can be filled in Omaha, NE or Mobile, AL
