SHRM Primary Chapter Designation

If you are a national SHRM member, please visit the SHRM website and designate Mobile SHRM as your primary chapter.

The primary chapter designation is important to Mobile SHRM for two reasons:

To remain affiliated with SHRM, at least 30% of our members must also be SHRM members.

SHRM reimburses chapters $10 per year per SHRM member, which helps keep our program costs low.

To designate Mobile SHRM as your primary chapter, please follow these steps: (You are not required to log in to complete this process.)

  • Click on “Communities”
  • Click on “Volunteer Leader Resource Center”
  • Click on “Resources”
  • Click on “Forms”
  • Click on “CDF-Primary Chapter Designation Form”
  • Chapter #: 176
  • Chapter Name: Mobile SHRM
  • Complete the remaining information and click “Submit.”
  • Chapter Name: Mobile SHRM
  • Complete the remaining information and click “Submit.”

We appreciate you taking the time to designate Mobile SHRM as your primary chapter!

Members may belong to more than one chapter, but may only designate one chapter as their primary chapter. The designation can be changed at any time.

Diversity Spotlight

“He who is different from me does not impoverish me - he enriches me. Our unity is constituted in something higher than ourselves - in Man... For no man seeks to hear his own echo, or to find his reflection in the glass.” ― Antoine de Saint-Exupéry
