Save the Date!

Pssssst!   Mobile SHRM has an awesome learning opportunity coming up April 13, 2018!  We will be presenting a ½ day workshop on the reasons why and tools to employ individuals with disabilities. The morning sessions will roll right into our regular monthly meeting, which will include another speaker on the topic.  With an unemployment rate at 3.5%, 16th lowest in the nation, Alabama businesses are facing challenges finding enough qualified workers to fill their staffing needs. Employers cannot afford to overlook any pool of potential employees including veterans and people with disabilities. Come learn how hiring these individuals can benefit your company beyond just filling an open position. There is a solid business case, too!

So save the date and come join us at Heron Lakes on April 13th!  Pricing and more specific information to be discussed in a later announcement.
