Area Director of Human Resources for the Riverview Plaza Hotel and the Battle House Hotel and Spa

Functions as the property’s Strategic Human Resource Business Partner. As a member of the executive committee, develops and implements goals and strategies that serve to attract, develop and retain diverse premiere talent which enables the successful implementation of hotel strategies, the brand service strategy and brand initiatives. Utilizes a Human Resource Business Plan aligned with hotel and brand strategies to deliver HR services that enable business success.

Our state-of-the-art steel processing facility has the capacity to process 5.3 million tons of high-value steel grades including hot rolled bands, hot rolled pickled and oiled, cold rolled, and advanced coated products for the automotive, pipe and tube, appliance/HVAC, service center and construction industries in the NAFTA market.

Training Manager

JOB SUMMARY: The Training Manager is responsible for planning, managing, facilitating and developing all company-wide training and development programs. 

 POSITION REQUIREMENTS: 

1.      Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or related field

2.      Minimum of 5-8 years of experience developing and/or managing a variety of approaches to training, including instructor led and eLearning

3.      2-4 years’ experience writing training content and developing programs
