Newsletters are emailed to all 300+ members monthly

Newsletter ads can be up to 350 px wide X 450 px deep and must be submitted as a properly sized jpg, .png or.gif file. The fee for editing or creating an ad from content and images provided by the advertiser is $60. A .pdf file of an ad can be converted for a fee of $25.

3 advertising zones available; limited to a10 advertisers per zone.

Quarterly

Zone 1 - 125x125 = $125 

Zone 2 - 120x240 = $175

Zone 3 - 468x60 = $225

Annual

Zone 1 - 125x125 = $300

Zone 2 - 120x240 = $400

Zone 3 -  468x60 = $500

May change ads quarterly. Ad must be a .jpg, .gif or .swf file in the exact dimension. An ad may be created or edited for $60.00.

Mini-Seminar Sponsorship: $600.00

Avaialble for 2012

Includes continental breakfast and lunch for two representatives; also both are invited to the seminar sessions. A table will be provided near the entry door to showcase your product or services to the Members attending. At the beginning of the Seminar you will have 5 minutes to talk to the attendees about your services and at the end of the regular membership meeting you will have an additional 5 minutes to talk. Flyers may be placed on each table for each person and a banner or sign may be placed near the speaker’s podium at the front of the meeting room. Sponsor will be recognized in that month’s newsletter and listed on the Meeting Calendar in the newsletter and on the website.

Months available for 2012: July, October, December

Includes lunch for two representatives; one table near the entry door to showcase your product or services to the Members attending.  At some point in the program the sponsor representative(s) will be given five minutes to talk about your product/services to those in attendance.  Flyers may be placed on each table for each person and a banner or sign may be placed near the speaker’s podium at the front of the meeting room. Sponsor will be recognized in that month’s newsletter and listed on the Meeting Calendar in the newsletter and on the website.
