Benefits Coordinator

Job Description: 

Cooper/T. Smith is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to join the Human Resources staff at its corporate office.  This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the company’s health, life, disability and 401(k) plans.  The incumbent will also administer FMLA and ensure ACA compliance, among other tasks.

Candidates must have strong written and verbal communication skills.  Two years experience in employee benefits or Human Resources is preferred.
