Responsible for the design, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of the organization's compensation and benefits programs including base pay, incentive pay, health and welfare benefits, retirement benefits, affirmative action compliance and service contract compliance. Works with senior management to ensure that programs support the organization's business objectives and meet all legal requirements. Develops compensation and benefits budget for assigned areas and manages budget after it is approved. Creates business line strategies and specific objectives for total compensation initiatives. Develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the infrastructure.
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Business Management field and eight (8) years of experience in benefits and compensation.
- Four (4) additional years experience in in the field may substitute for the degree requirement.
- Requires 5+ years of leadership experience.
- Must have working knowledge of ACA, ERISA, FSLA, Affirmative Action and Service Contract compliance.
