The Talent Acquisition Manager will develop and manage our talent acquisition strategy, including building a recruiting team, in order to attract top talent across all our discipline areas and at all levels to support our strategic growth. This is a high impact role requiring exceptional partnering skills with demonstrated ability, creativity, and experience in developing, managing, and executing a recruiting strategy.
What you'll be doing:
Develop and lead a recruitment strategy with an emphasis on talent pipeline to ensure we meet current and future staffing requirements.
Build a strong pipeline for jobs by creating and implementing sourcing strategies, advertising, and community relationships.
Train and educate managers on their role in the recruiting process including interviewing techniques, orientation and onboarding, as well as on Federal and State hiring and employment laws
Partner with leaders to strategize on recruiting initiatives, understand trends, provide competitive intelligence, and ensure headcount alignment.
Create an effective employer branding strategy and employee value proposition that is aligned with our vision and core values to attract and hire exceptional and diverse talent.
Assist in workforce planning to determine quarterly and annual staffing needs and resource allocation; track, analyze, and leverage key talent metrics and headcount reporting.
Develop strategy for sourcing ‘passive’ candidates by utilizing all available tools, including company website, social media, job boards, employee referrals, and recruiting tools.
Ability to create and sustain monthly and quarterly recruiting metrics to show progress and deliver reports to key company leaders for their areas.
Build university recruiting and internship programs.
Oversee the applicant tracking system including recommendations for and facilitation of upgrades and improvements.
Build and maintain relationships with outside recruiting agencies. Manage the contract and budget process with recruiting partners.
Supervise the preparation of AAP and reports and support the company’s EEO Program for the project. Monitor hiring and development of qualified minorities, women, handicapped, disabled veterans, and veterans of the Vietnam era and advise management on findings.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Human Resources or related field.
5 to 8 years proven recruiting leadership experience in a rapidly growing environment developing and implementing a talent acquisition strategy.
Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn, strategies on passive candidate sourcing and recruiting software.
Experience recruiting a range of technical roles at all levels.
Experience with professional services and infrastructure consulting would be a plus.
Experience and results in identifying and attracting candidates in very competitive environments.
Experience with Affirmative Action Plans and EEO Programs.
Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software is a plus.
Project and team management/leadership skills and experience.
Travel to various office and or recruiting locations is required.
